Back to Back Payback Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Promotion, you shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
[1.] Promoter
[1.1] The Promotion is offered by Your Golf Travel Limited (“YGT”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 05250279, with registered office address of Cloister Court, 22-26 Farringdon Lane, London, England, EC1R 3AJ.
[2.] Qualifying Bookings
[2.1] This Promotion applies to new golf holiday bookings made between 3 March and 31 March 2026 (inclusive) with a travel date between 1 September 2026 and 31 March 2027 (inclusive) and for which payment in full has been made, by credit or debit card, between 00.01 on 3 March and 23.59 on 31 March 2026 (“Qualifying Booking”).
[2.2] The closing date of the Promotion is 23:59 on Tuesday 31 March 2026. Bookings received outside this time period will not qualify.
[3.] Promotion Conditions
[3.1] You will automatically qualify for a full travel credit to the value of your Qualifying Booking to be used against your next booking with YGT if all of the following conditions are met:
[3.1.1] You have a Qualifying Booking; and
[3.1.2] The Northern Irish golfer, Rory McIlroy, wins the 2026 Masters (played between 9 - 12 April 2026 at Augusta National Golf Club), as confirmed by the official 2026 Masters leaderboard.
[4.] Travel Credit Conditions
[4.1] If the Promotion Conditions in clause 3 are met, travel credit to the value of the Qualifying Booking shall be payable to the first named person on the Qualifying Booking (“Lead Name”), only. The Lead Name on the Qualifying Booking must be 18 years or over and resident in the UK.
[4.2] The travel credit will be to the total value of your Qualifying Booking (including any flights, golf, buggies etc which have been booked as part of the Qualifying Booking), as at 23:59 on 31 March 2026. However, if at departure/start date of your Qualifying Booking, the value of the Qualifying Booking is lower than it was on 31 March 2026, then the travel credit shall be reduced to the lower amount of the Qualifying Booking as at the date of departure.
[4.3] Travel credit will only be issued after you have returned from your Qualifying Booking and must be redeemed against a new booking by 31 March 2027.
[4.4] Travel credit can only be used on a new booking for a new trip with YGT, with a travel date on or after 1 September 2026. The travel credit cannot be applied to an existing booking (including re-bookings of cancelled trips) and cannot be applied retrospectively.
[4.5] The travel credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
[4.6] The travel credit is offered as a conditional promotional benefit and will only become available if the Promotion Conditions in clause 3 are satisfied and the specified event outcome occurs.
[5.] Exclusions and restrictions
[5.1] The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only.
[5.2] No additional payment or action is required to participate in the Promotion beyond making a Qualifying Booking.
[5.3] YGT reserves the right to exclude certain destinations, departure dates or products from the Promotion. Details of any exclusions will be provided at the time of enquiry or booking.
[5.4] The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotional or discount codes, vouchers or discounts, except where agreed otherwise by YGT.
[5.5] The Promotion is only applicable to Qualifying Bookings made directly with YGT via www.yourgolftravel.com and does not apply to bookings made through third party travel agents or resellers.
[5.6] The Promotion does not apply to bookings made using gift vouchers. For the avoidance of doubt, any bookings paid for (whether wholly or partially) with credit or vouchers will not be considered a "Qualifying Booking” for the purposes of this Promotion.
[5.7] Bookings for tournaments, including The Masters, Open Championship and Ryder Cup, will not be considered Qualifying Booking for the purposes of this Promotion.
[6.] Changes and cancellations
[6.1] All bookings remain subject to YGT’s standard cancellation and amendment charges.
[6.2] If you cancel your Qualifying Booking, you will no longer be eligible for the travel credit, and it shall be automatically withdrawn.
[7.] Other conditions
[7.1] References to the Northern Irish golfer Rory McIlroy within those Terms or any related promotional materials are made solely for the purpose of factually describing the qualifying sporting event and potential winner.
[7.2] Rory McIlroy does not endorse, sponsor or have any association with this Promotion or with YGT. No approval, partnership or commercial connection between Rory McIlroy and YGT is implied by YGT’s running of this Promotion.
[7.3] Please speak to your Golf Travel Specialist about the terms and conditions for specific venues.
[7.4] YGT may amend or withdraw this Promotion at any time without notice but this will not affect any Qualifying Bookings already confirmed.
[7.5] All bookings are subject to YGT’s booking terms and conditions, which can be found here: https://www.yourgolftravel.com/terms-and-conditions, and the terms and conditions of third party suppliers providing the travel arrangements included in the booking.
[7.6] YGT reserves the right to withdraw the travel credit where it reasonably believes the Promotion has been abused in any way, or where there has been a breach of these Terms.
[8.] Liability
[8.1] Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits YGT’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
[8.2] Subject always to clause 8.1 above, YGT shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense suffered by any person as a result of their participation in the Promotion, except to the extent such loss arises directly from YGT’s negligence or breach of contract.
[9.] Data protection
[9.1] Any personal data supplied in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with YGT’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.yourgolftravel.com/privacy.
[10.] Governing law
[10.1] These Terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
[10.2] Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Promotion or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
