Lovely golf course but you need to be accurate and straight off the tee from the 1st tee to the last. The greens were in very good condition but very slow but overall I would recommend playing Bulbury Wood Golf Club
Measuring over 6,000 yards Bulbury Woods is a tree-lined layout offering a great test of golf where accuracy off the tee is a must. The course has stunning views across the Purbecks and is renowned for the quality of its greens. The trees are the predominant obstacle to good scoring, lining the fairways and ensuring that wayward striking is punished severely.
The club has a modern, large clubhouse which is great for groups with a large outdoor patio area with awesome views of the 18th, a fully licensed bar and a top restaurant. The club is perfectly located on the outskirts of Bournemouth with amazing views of the 'Purbecks' to the west of the city.
Bulbury Woods is part of the Hobourne Group who also run Crane Valley Golf Club, also located in Bournemouth.
