Save up to £400 and get TP5 balls on group golf holiday bookings made in February*
*Subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
- Promoter:
This promotion is offered by Your Golf Travel Limited of Cloister
Court, 22-26 Farringdon Lane, London, EC1R 3AJ (“YGT”).
- Promotional Period:
The promotion is valid for new bookings made between
00:01 on 02 February 2026 and 23:59 on 28 February 2026. Bookings made
outside this period will not qualify for the discount.
- Eligibility:
a. This promotion applies to bookings made during the Promotional Period.
Eligibility is determined by the minimum spend thresholds set out in these
terms and is not limited by the number of passengers.
b. The lead name on the booking must be 18 years or over.
c. For UK & Ireland holidays:
i. The promotion is only available to members of England Golf and
iGolf. In order to prove eligibility, you may be required to disclose
your membership number, the name of your home golf club and
your golf handicap; ii. The promotion excludes bookings of between 1-3 passengers in UK and Ireland
iii. The discount shall be applied after you make your booking.
- Discount:
a. With the exception of UK & Ireland trips, the discount will be applied at
the time of booking against the total price payable. Where the booking is
made via YGT’s call centre, the discount will be applied automatically by
YGT. Where the booking is made online, the customer must input the
applicable discount code at the time of booking in order to receive the
discount.
b. The discount applies to the total price payable for the booking, and not
on a per person basis.
c. For UK & Ireland holidays, the discount you are eligible for is subject to a
minimum spend of £175 per person for 1-night stays and £225 per
person for stays of 2 nights or more.
d. For Europe and Rest of World bookings, the discount you are eligible for
depends on the total value of the booking, and is subject to a minimum
spend.
e. Only one discount may be applied per booking.
f. Balls are based on group size and will only be sent after full payment of balance has been received and will not be shipped until the campaign has finished. Golf balls offer only valid for those with a UK & Northern Ireland address.
• For Europe (excl. France, Morocco & Turkey) trips:
Spend a minimum of £5,000 to receive £50 discount
Spend a minimum of £7,500 to receive £100 discount
Spend a minimum of £10,000 to receive £200 discount
Spend a minimum of £12,500 to receive £300 discount
Spend a minimum of £15,000 to receive £400 discount
• For Turkey trips:
Spend a minimum of £12,000 to receive £50 discount
Spend a minimum of £18,000 to receive £100 discount
Spend a minimum of £24,000 to receive £200 discount
Spend a minimum of £30,000 to receive £300 discount
Spend a minimum of £36,000 to receive £400 discount
• For Morocco trips:
Spend a minimum of £7,000 to receive £50 discount
Spend a minimum of £10,500 to receive £100 discount
Spend a minimum of £14,000 to receive £200 discount
Spend a minimum of £17,500 to receive £300 discount
Spend a minimum of £21,000 to receive £400 discount
• For France trips:
Spend a minimum of £4,000 to receive £50 discount
Spend a minimum of £6,000 to receive £100 discount
Spend a minimum of £8,000 to receive £200 discount
Spend a minimum of £10,000 to receive £300 discount
Spend a minimum of £12,000 to receive £400 discount
• For Rest of World trips:
Spend a minimum of £4,000 to receive £50 discount
Spend a minimum of £7,000 to receive £150 discount
Spend a minimum of £12,000 to receive £250 discount
Spend a minimum of £20,000 to receive £500 discount
- Exclusions
a. The promotion does not apply to existing bookings (including re-bookings
of cancelled trips) and cannot be applied retrospectively.
b. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers,
discounts, or promotions, apart from up to £100 off for England Golf members subject to a minimum spend of £2,500 for UK & Ireland bookings and £5,000 for EU.
c. The promotion only applies to bookings made directly with YGT and does
not apply to bookings made through third party travel agents or resellers.
d. YGT reserves the right to exclude certain destinations, departure dates
or products. Details of any exclusions will be provided at the time of
enquiry or booking.
e. Tournament packages (meaning packages that include attendance at
professional golf tournaments such as The Masters, The Open
Championship or The Ryder Cup) are excluded from this promotion.
f. The promotion cannot be redeemed against gift vouchers.
g. Bookings with a travel date before the 2nd February, 2026 are excluded from this promotion.
- Changes and cancellations
a. All bookings remain subject to YGT’s standard cancellation and
amendment charges.
b. If you cancel your booking, the discount will not be re-applied to any
rebooking unless it is made within the promotional period and otherwise
eligible.
- Liability
a. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits YGT’s liability for death or
personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that
cannot be excluded by law.
b. Subject always to 7(a) above, YGT shall not be liable for any loss,
damage, or expense suffered by any person as a result of their
participation in the promotion, except to the extent such loss arises
directly from YGT’s negligence or breach of contract.
- Data Protection
a. Any personal data supplied in connection with the promotion will be
processed in accordance with YGT’s privacy policy, which can be found
here: https://www.yourgolftravel.com/privacy.
- Additional terms:
a. If you amend your booking and as a result of the changes it no longer
meets the criteria for the promotion, you will no longer be eligible for the
discount.
b. If the value of your trip changes, your discount may change too.
c. YGT may amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice
but this will not affect any qualifying bookings already confirmed.
d. All bookings are subject to YGT’s booking terms and conditions, which
can be found here: https://www.yourgolftravel.com/terms-and-conditions, and the terms
and conditions of third party suppliers providing the travel arrangements
included in the booking.
e. Added value offers such as free buggies, free dinners, free places, free
room upgrades, No1 Lounge Access are all subject to availability- and applicable to certain
venues & packages only. Please speak to your YGT Specialist about the terms and
conditions for specific venues.
f. This promotion and all bookings are subject to availability.
g. The discount available under this promotion is non-exchangeable, non-
transferable and has no cash value. No cash equivalent will be given if
you do not take up this promotion.
- Governing law and jurisdiction
a. These terms and conditions and the promotion are governed by the laws
of England and Wales.
b. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the promotion or these
terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of England and Wales.
