We stayed in a deluxe room which was really lovely. It had a great view over the golf course and had all the little touches to make it comfortable and luxurious.
The buffet breakfast was brilliant with loads of choice including eggs and omelettes cooked to order, a great variety of breads and pastries, lovely fresh fruit, yogurts and cereals.
The St. Andrew’s restaurant for our evening meals was tasteful and refined. We were half board which gave us a buffet style starter with huge choice of fish, cheeses, cold meats, pate, soup, bread and salads followed by a main course chosen from the a la carte menu. Dessert was then buffet style with delicious choices every night and really fabulous ice cream!
The staff were all lovely, nothing was too much trouble, they were all friendly and knowledgeable. One of the highlights for me was the lovely lady who knocked on the door around 6 each evening to offer us a couple of wrapped chocolates for later.
Definitely a hotel I would like to revisit.
