0800 043 6644Sancti Petri Hills Golf Course is a 5,213 yard, par 68 course. The front nine is closer to the traditional championship set up, boasting a pair of par 5s and a triplet of par 3s. The back nine plays host to four par 3s and is the shorter of the two nines. The second nine contains more bunkers than the first and is a set of holes to underestimate at your peril, accuracy of the tee is imperative in shooting low. The course itself is situated in the famous Roche Pine and with the vast majority of holes containing a water feature the courses aesthetics are to be admired.
The course was designed by legendary Spanish golfer Manuel Pinero. Having played in and won some of golf’s biggest tournaments, the former Spanish golfer has certainly tapped into his wealth of golfing knowledge when it came to designing Sancti Petri Hills and produced an up and coming gem.
Sancti Petri Hills is located only an hour and twenty minutes from Gibraltar International airport and with a number of high quality hotels available in the area it makes it an ideal golfing holiday in South-Western Spain.
The short but challenging nature of the course means it is ideal for both high and low handicappers. The course tests a player's course management skills and requires every club in the bag.
Sancti Petri Hills is located in the Andalucia region of Southern Spain, just an hour and 20 minutes away from Gibraltar International airport from which you can fly to from a number of European cities. The course itself is situated only 1km away from the magnificent Spanish coastline providing golfers and their families the ideal place to relax. The course has a unique set up with both water hazards and bunkers being a regular feature along the narrow and undulated fairways. This adds excitement to the round has one false shot could put you out of the hole.
