The Riviera Golf Course was laid out by the prolific Canadian golf architect Graham Cooke in 2010. It runs alongside the right bank of the River Bassin, which itself is a haven for stunning birdlife and an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Opening in 2010 this championship 18-hole, 6,412 meter track has gone from strength to strength having matured very quickly into one of the top courses in the region. Cooke has managed to make the best of the gentle hilly area in the beautiful countryside of San Giovanni in Marignano.

The course is of typical North American style – with long holes, wide fairways, large and quick greens to test you to the best of your abilities. However there are also multiple teeing areas which allow all golfers the chance to challenge their handicap.

The golf resort is also able to boast a nine-hole executive course, two 18-hole putting greens, a pitching and chipping green and a state of the art driving range, which is floodlit.

Accommodation at Riviera Golf Resort

There are 12 suites at the Riviera Golf Resort, 6 of which have balconies overlooking the golf course and the other 6 that have their very own private garden. Each of the guest rooms are unique in their own way, however all are fitted with top quality furnishings and fittings with an unrivalled attention to detail. The rooms are also well equipped with flat screen televisions, Wi-Fi connection, Sky TV, air conditioning, safe and mini-bar.

Tee Restaurant and Lounge is the resorts main eatery, providing the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The large windows, which border the dining area, overlook the pool and the golf course help to enhance the dining experience. The food is made with only the freshest of seasonal ingredients which are carefully selected from local producers and farmers alike, this helps to create light, fresh and refined dishes which are simple to cook but bursting with flavour. The chefs manage to enhance the essence of Mediterranean cuisine by involving all of the five senses to make your dining experience a memorable one.

Rivierabeauty SPA is an onsite relaxed and pleasant environment for guests to spend a bit of spare time away from the golf course. It offers a fantastic range of treatments and a comprehensive gym.
