A good base with easy access to resort facilities and transport links. My room location wasn’t the best being ground floor and adjacent to the main entrance/car park which meant coaches were regularly parked there for long periods with engines running thus noisy even with windows closed and fumes if you dared sit out on the minuscule patio or have window open. The latter not really possible since people sat on the coaches had a clear view onto the patio and into my room. I would have asked to change room but couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of having to pack up all my gear and unpack again. Otherwise very comfortable hotel with good facilities and very friendly staff especially in the bar and restaurant.

Where to start as there were so many problems! Food was ok, only the small bar was open in the week and nowhere to sit as there were only a few chairs and tables inside (it was pouring with rain). Drinks were in plastic glasses as we were all inclusive (don't know why that should make a difference) and could only get 2 halfs at a time, pain in the bum when there is 7 of us in the group! When the restaurant was closed there were no facilities to get a drink and if we wanted tea/coffee in our rooms then there would be a charge! Miserable staff, I could go on forever but I will leave this review by saying we will never use this hotel again!

Hotel is best suited for “Hen” “Stag” and families. Location,too far from golf courses,350euros in taxi fares to be precise. We would not return to this venue.
