There is something for everyone at the Kaya Belek Hotel, regardless of how young or old they are. The calm waters on this stretch of the Turkish Riviera mean that the Kaya Belek Hotel has become a hotspot for watersports fans, with numerous options on offer, such as windsurfing, catamarans, diving and water skiing. It has 8 clay & 7 hard tennis courts, too, and is very close to the Kaya Palazzo golf course.

The Spa is first-class, with assorted treatments, massages, Jacuzzi, beauty salon and hairdresser (additional charge), Sauna and Turkish bath (free of charge) and Gym (free of charge). Kaya Kids' World, meanwhile, replete with sand and grass playgrounds and a cinema, provides an all-day entertainment programme for the younger ones, leaving adults to some quality time enjoying the entertainments or Spa, sunbathing, or just unwinding by one of the two superb beautiful pools.

Very Good

Hotel is super nice but a little dated now. The only real complaint I would have is with the food. As a vegetarian it was sometimes hard to know if food was vegetarian or not. I had a vegetable omlet for breakfast but found sausage in it.

Although the hotel has great amenities on paper, it is very tired and dated. Lots of cracked tiles, worn and faded decoration. I would class it as 4 star at best, not on a par with other 5 star hotels in the resort. We asked to move to another room as we were put in a family room with an extra bed which restricted the space and the toilet only came up to my husbands shins! The double bed was pushed up against the wall so nowhere to put a glass of water or book and had to scramble up the bed to get in. The quilt didn’t adequately cover us in the bed and we had to use the other quilt from the single bed to stay warm. We were told by reception all rooms are the same??!! Hospitality staff are very attentive but food was lukewarm at best in the buffet restaurant and nothing special. The ‘themed’ restaurant which you could visit once on your visit food quality wasn’t very good. General housekeeping and cleanliness was poor the dining room windows, balcony glass/balustrade in all the rooms hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The corridors were lined with flaking paint from the walls. We were left with only 1 towel, no toilet roll and no soap halfway through the holiday and had to ask for more!! Overall not a good experience and I would not recommend this hotel if you are expecting 5 star - falls very short of expectations.

Overall the hotel was fantastic however in some areas it was a bit tired but overall the service was fantastic and the hotel was very clean. i would be happy to return to this hotel chain but possibly the newer addition next door.

The Hotel was set in beautiful surroundings, plenty of sun beds round the pools and also on the private beach! The rooms were very spacious and the mini bar well stocked (fully inclusive). On the down sides of the Hotel. 1. When opening the patio door, it is sudden drop of around 12” which caught me by surprise, only a 4” step outside the patio door! 2. Although there was plenty of variety of food on offer, it wasn’t very hot and there were no hot plates on offer, so by the time you had got the food and sat down it was even colder! Not sure what the reason was, maybe because there was a very large number of children running around unsupervised by their parents? We also found this problem at the beach and pool restaurants. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, more likely to be an adult only hotel!
