Hotel was reasonably modern, clean and tastefully decorated however it had some negatives:
1. When we arrived, we were not shown around the facilities on offer.
2. 3 of our rooms had a double bed only. When we pointed this out, we were moved to rooms with 2 double beds. This was inconvenient after a day of travelling.
3. The bar staff were slow and inexperienced. The bar was not stocked to Western standards.
4. Reception staff were a little inexperienced and there was some confusion about charging stuff to rooms and arranging taxis to take us to restaurants in the evening. Stuff they should be good at.
5. One of the rooms had a shower that flooded the bathroom every time we showered. When we discovered this, we could not be bothered to get our room changed, as we had unpacked. It was obvious that this was a known fault, yet the room was still being used.
6. Breakfast selection was average. You had to make your own coffee at the automated coffee machines.
Our transfers on this trip were a little disappointing. Transfer was late picking us up after the first day of golf and late coming to the hotel for the second day. I complaint to YourGolfTravel by email and the rest of the transfers were fine. Thanks to YourGolfTravel.
