Im a very keen, 14 handicapper and a member at Wyboston Lakes. I've been with Your Golf Travel for 16 years and have seen the golf travel industry through a number of challenges.
I have always enjoyed talking to our clients and advising them on where to go next for their next best golfing experience. I've always said there is a golfing holiday for every budget & every handicap.

I have been very fortunate to play and stay at a number of courses in the UK & on the continent. Some of my best memories are from The Celtic Manor, both at playing and experiencing the Ryder Cup in 2010.
Gleneagles is also one of my favourite destinations, one that Ive played and also experienced the Ryder Cup (Remember Jamie Donaldsons 8-iron to clinch it?)
On the continent, Las Colinas is one of my favourite courses, awesome 18 holes of championship golf and an amazing clubhouse (one of my measurements of a great experience)
Wales
With 3 Championship courses and a 5 star hotel, The Celtic Manor Resort resort really is Disneyland for Golfers. The 2010 Ryder Cup course is the Marquee course with memorable shots to replicate on the front and back nine.
England
Three loops of 9 holes, Shores, Dunes and Himalayas, Princes just delivers a quintessentially golfing experience. With a recent overhaul of the Himalayas, its a fantastic ‘go to’ venue for links golf.
Scotland
It really doesnt get much better than this, Gleneagles for me is the epitome of 5*, not just the French Chataeu design of the hotel but the whole package. 54 holes blending Scottish Heathland design and American influenced target golf. You cant beat class.
America
The pinnacle of tournament golf, Augusta National has to be seen to be be believed. From its elevation changes to the perfectly manicured fairways and greens. Im so fortunate to say Ive been.
France
I have played most Ryder Cup Courses but here is one I still need to play, pals have waxed lyrical about Le Golf National and one I intend to tick off this year.
Portugal
Whilst the Algarve takes the madding crowd for golfers in Portugal, Lisbon has always been on my bucket list to visit and play. Troia & Oitavos Dunes are the real gems to play but Lisbon itself has an amazing culinary scene and its own unique charm.
America
Home to my favourite PGA Tour event, The Waste Management at TPC @ Scottsdale. Bucket list and a real ‘in the footsteps of legends’ movement. Arizona is home to a number of other great courses like Quintaro GC and We-Ko-Pa Resort. Arizona also has a vibrant food scene with a strong Mexican influence. Cold Beers, Tacos and awesome golf, what not to like.
