Pool was closed all weekend due to issues with chlorine. 1 of our party had to wait just over 20 minutes after his main meal was served, before his side orders arrived.... that was only after having to chase 3 different members of staff. Twin room was set up as a double which we were advised would be corrected by the time we got back from Golf on the Friday. Still wasn't done 5 hours later and had to be requested again. Shower curtain stopped 2 inches above the bath rim so water was constantly flooding the bathroom floor. Overall, not the best.
Located on the outskirts of the historic city, just 8 miles from M5 and 3 miles from Gloucester Train Station, the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel is perfectly situated for exploring numerous attractions.
The advantage for golfers staying here is that Gloucester Golf Club is located less than a mile from the hotel, offering a superb range of facilities, both on and off the course.
