Flamingo Golf Club

Built on a stunning hillside location looking out over the Monastir Salt Flats, Flamingo Golf Club offers travelling golfers an exciting and challenging test of golf that, thanks to a number of different tee positions, can be enjoyed by a wide variety of players, from the seasoned expert to the humble beginner.

Coupled with a total yardage of 6,725 yards, the natural undulations, extensive bunkering and the native fauna including thousands of olive trees, Flamingo can be quite testing, especially when the wind gets up. Just as well then that the club also boasts an impressive array of practice facilities including a driving range, pitching and putting areas and a three hole pitch and putt course which is ideal for getting your eye in before teeing off on the main course.

A stunning setting makes the course a dream to play and golfers will be particularly impressed with a series of seven holes that run along the cliffs edge.

Sadly this course was in a bad state, which was a shame as it could have been great. The fairways were like a field and the greens were very slow and un cut
