Emerald Greens Condo Resort

Emerald Greens Condo Resort offers guests access to the Carrollwood Country Club which includes three nine-hole courses of championship standard, the Cypress, Meadow, and Pine. The 27-hole complex has also been played by some of the greats, including Sam Snead and Arnold Palmer, showing the value of the course at Emerald Greens.

Accommodation at Emerald Greens Condo Resort

The Resort has 50 luxury suites and is your “home away from home” featuring upscale furnishings including granite counter tops, flat screen televisions and screened in patios; a perfect place for enjoying the morning paper and coffee. Each Suite is equipped with full kitchens, two private bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

The Resort is also in a great location, only 7 miles from the Raymond James Stadium, which is home to Tampa's NFL team, and 10 miles from Tampa's International Airport, making it extremely easy to transition to the resort after your flight.

Emerald Greens Condo Resort at Carrollwood Country Club features 2 separate restaurants and bars for your dining pleasure. Grille 72 offers Lunch and Dinner Tuesdays through Sundays and a la carte Breakfast only on Sunday Mornings. Average price of breakfast is around $8.00. CCC’s poolside Oasis Bar and Grille opens daily at 11:00 AM and offers lunch and dinner options (open seasonal). Group breakfasts, lunches, and dinners can be arranged any day in one of CCC’s private banquet rooms through the Catering Department.
