A very large hotel, spread out over many acres. Therefore, takes ages to go from the room to everywhere. Hardly any of the staff speak english so communication was a problem, especially in the main buffet restaurant. Very few of the staff smile. We had problems with the safe whereby the battery had run out and the safe opened itself. On one night the door wouldn't open so we had to make three trips walking to the reception to re-set the fob, but still wouldn't open. Eventually they found out that the battery in door lock had run out and they had to replace it. Finally got in the room at 12.30 pm, after 90 minutes.
