Frequently Asked Questions about the Your Golf Travel App

I’ve downloaded the app from GooglePlay/the App Store but I can’t access?

Please make sure you have a booking with Your Golf Travel (you can only access the app if you have made a booking with us).

The link to access the app can be found on your Booking Confirmation document. This link will take you to the relevant store to download the app (please click from your mobile phone). Once this is completed you will be sent an email with a link which will take you directly into your app to access your bookings.

Please make sure that the email address you are using to access is the same email address that is associated with your booking.

I’m seeing an error message ‘ Sorry, your booking looks like it has more travellers than are booked’?

You may have duplicate customer records in our system. Please contact apps-support@yourgolftravel.com and we will rectify this for you.

I’m seeing an error message ‘Sorry our system has caused an error’?

Please remove the app and re-install. If you are still having problems, we will need to generate a new link for you. Please contact apps-support@yourgolftravel.com to request this.

My booking isn’t showing on the app?

It may be that you haven’t got the latest version of our app installed. Please go to your app store and update with the latest version. If your booking still doesn’t show, please email apps-support@yourgolftravel.com with the details including the booking number and we will investigate for you.

I’m not able to make a payment?

If you are entering your card details and see a blank screen, it may be because you haven’t got the latest version of our app. Don’t worry, payment won’t have been taken.

Please go to your app store and update with the latest version. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us. If would prefer, you can make a payment through our online portal and your personalised link can be found on your booking confirmation.

My booking details on the app are different to my booking confirmation?

Please let us know if there are any differences. We are always improving how we display our bookings on the app and would appreciate any feedback.

We are currently unable to display some complex tour itineraries. We are working hard to add these bookings to be visible on our app.
