Ramada Residences Costa Adeje

Excellent See all 3 reviews

Ramada Residences Costa Adeje sits on the southwestern coast of Tenerife, perched on a hillside 1.5 kilometres from Torviscas Beach. The elevated position gives you sweeping views across the local coastline, an area known for dramatic volcanic scenery and year-round sunshine. Tenerife South Airport is roughly a 15 to 25 minute drive away depending on traffic, so you can be checked in and thinking about the first tee quickly. Direct flights from the UK land throughout the day, making transfers straightforward for groups arriving on different schedules.

The resort's location puts three quality courses within a 10-minute drive, all of which stay open and playable throughout winter. Daytime temperatures from November through March typically sit in the high teens to low 20s Celsius with plenty of sunshine, so you're not dealing with winter greens or waterlogged fairways. It's a practical base for golfers who want flexibility around tee times without being tied to fixed meal schedules, with in-apartment kitchens giving you the option to self-cater or head downstairs to the on-site restaurant when it suits.

Who is this for?
Golf groups chasing Tenerife winter sun who want apartment space, easy transfers and three courses close by, plus couples and small groups who value kitchen facilities and the freedom to eat in or out.

Who is it best for?
Mid-handicaps, couples and small societies who like a quieter base and the freedom to self-cater, then head out for dinner when it suits. If you're the trip organiser, this is an easy one to manage: short transfers, plenty of tee time choice and a base that doesn't force you into rigid dining slots.

Accommodation at Ramada Residences Costa Adeje

Accommodation is split between studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments, all with a balcony or terrace and a simple, modern setup that suits a golf week. Studios are ideal for couples and come with a kitchenette for breakfasts and post-round snacks. The apartments give you full kitchens and bigger living areas, handy for groups who want to keep costs sensible and eat around tee times rather than being locked into hotel dining schedules.

The one-bedroom apartments add a separate lounge and full kitchen with hob, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave, ideal for two golfers sharing or a couple wanting more space. Two and three-bedroom options cater to larger groups or families, with multiple bathrooms and generous living areas that give everyone room to spread out after a day on the course. All apartments come with air conditioning, flat-screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi, plus weekly housekeeping to keep things fresh during longer stays.

The resort's facilities are straightforward but well-maintained. There's an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a poolside bar serving drinks and light bites throughout the day. A small gym is available for guests who want to stretch out or maintain their routine between rounds. The hillside location means the resort is quiet and removed from the main tourist strip, but still within a five-minute drive of Costa Adeje's restaurants, bars and beaches if you want a change of scene.

Dining centres on Zacary's, the on-site restaurant and bar. The a la carte menu covers Mediterranean and international dishes, with fresh seafood, grilled meats and vegetarian options available. The bar stocks a full range of beers, wines and cocktails, and there's live entertainment several evenings a week, from acoustic sets to quiz nights. For golfers who prefer to eat in, the in-apartment kitchens are fully equipped and there's a supermarket within walking distance for stocking up on essentials. The flexibility to switch between dining out and self-catering is one of the resort's strongest points, particularly for groups with varying budgets or schedules who don't want to be tied to set meal times.

Great hotel, my only critisium was that breakfast is not available until 08:30 which was quite late and the food was not hot enough.

Nicely sized rooms with very big balconies. The food a Zacharies bar was very nice. The location is quieter than the centre of Adeje which suited our group.
