As we wave goodbye to an excellent summer of golf that, let’s be honest, was long overdue for us golfers in the UK & Ireland, those of us who like to keep playing through the colder months now have to contemplate wrapping up warm to hit the fairways all in the hope that, at the very least, we don’t end up thinning a long iron on a frosty winter’s morning!
While winter golf in the UK is a far cry from strolling the fairways with the sun on your back, there are a few tips and tricks, and even a few fun winter golf games that you can employ to make things a little more bearable.
